yes there is a feature to set the actual loan cycle for converted clients in
mifos on a client by client basis.
This is found on the client page, down the bottom - click on View
Summarized Historical Data
and
then Edit the information to put in the number of completed cycles, ie 1.

Is it possible to create a new member in Mifos and a loan for this member
with loan cycle = 2?
This member had taken and closed a loan prior to the MIS being on Mifos.
And the member is now planning to take the second loan.
The loan cycle will be automatically saved as 1 in Mifos.
Anyway
