Hi Zayyad, Yes it can be built in Pentaho.
If you are not familiar with Pentaho Reporting yourself there are a number of people on the developers list who are (can't talk for them but I think most would do it as paid work... Conflux, Sol Develo, Sungard and others have all done this type of work) and they would be the best way forward. I assume, right now, it would be run from the Pentaho Server console. I guess, work-wise it breaks down into 1. the sql 2. the pentaho report 3. whether you want a nicer parameter input in the pentaho server console or are happy with what pentaho reporting gives out of the box. So, if you are comfortable say with doing the sql then it reduces the effort involved but it might be worth asking for 'quotes' for the full job.
