Hi Ed, We do not have any monitoring configured for mifos.org servers.
The demo server is up and running now. However, http://demo.mifos.org/mifos contains the latest stable Mifos version (2.4.1). If you want the bleeding-edge version of Mifos, please use the following test server: http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos If the above servers are down you can also use our test instance at https://demo.mifcloud.com Regards, Jakub.
