Either you can do what Ashok has suggested or you can simply write simple
stretchy report to get the list of CoA. Please refer the attached screen
for your reference.

Quick work around is to get it from database if you have access to it, or
you can try copying complete GL list from screen and try to paste it in
excel, you may need to do an extra bit of formatting.
