Are you still facing this issue?
It looks like you have installed mifos under "C:\mifos install\", can you
remove space in "mifos install" and try. (please update MIFOS_CONFIG
details accordingly)

I have seen no reference to MySql in your description hope that it is
correctly installed with a dummy schema properly defined : database mifos
user mifos and pass mifos with full right on mifos schema.
