By client activities, I believe you mean Business Activities? Either way,
for most items like that they link to the lookup tables (See the Mifos
database to see more), the primary one being the lookup_value tables. You
can do joins to get the activities properl

What table can I find the master list of Client's activities? Or the tables
linking to customer_details table since it just contain CODES for the customer
details?
Any help from you guys is highly appreciated!
