Hi Georg,

Do you by any chance have a large number of journal entries /
transactions in your DB? We have seen with about 15 tenants on a
server with about 5 years of history in most DB's, that the update
office running balances job can seriously damage the performance, to
the extent that the server is also hung up. This is caused by users
backdating transactions or fixing old loans, triggering a
recalculation of all transactions after the backdated one. This is
with a M3.Large instance on Amazon.
