Take a look on those issues, read how you can fix the database
parameters and if it does not work then enable BIRT logs and report
errors, and finally if nothing works log an issue on
mifosforge.jira.com

Hi Natu,
I would have to say that I am not sure if WARNING can cause parameters
to not populate in BIRT.

I have been looking at birt logs and i did found an exception :
WARNING: Column binding "__LABEL___branchId" has referred to a data set
column "ds_branchName" which does not exist.
