I would like to appreciate the effort you have put in in reaserch in this
upgrade. Being in version 1.3 seems like a trap especially considering the
improvements in v 2.1.5. like the MPESA intergration and Mifos BI Suite
which includes 41 total standard reports with improvements to the Cent

no problem. Samuel/Joanna, the best way to approach this is to provide
zip of your mysqldump and I can upgrade it to 2.1.5 and 2.2 like I am
doing with IAS. You can then send that to be privately to my email or
dropbox or something.

Just a quick note that at present I have being helping IAS upgrade
their mifos installation from 1.3 to 2.1.5 and also mifos 2.2.0.RC.
So if other members of the community need help in upgrading from
earlier versions of mifos.
