You can enable/disable ssh:
ip service enable x
ip service disable x
I don't know if it actually stops/starts the service. But seeing as
it's Linux, it probably does.

Ive had a few issues off and on, nothing I can point much at. I found moving ssh
off 22 helped pretty much every single place. Now the only time I have any
issues at all, is when my laptop drops the wireless connection.
