It sounds like you are seeing some of the traffic being missed by the
NAT rule.  This is a known (and irritating) issue.  I'd suggest sending
a request to supp...@mikrotik.com, as they will be the ones to fix the
issue.  I'm not certain they will get it fixed, but it has been an issue
for a long time, unfortunately.  My understanding is that this NAT issue
is a linux kernel problem that is not unique to MT.
