/24. I had this same setup before only I used an external
switch so I'm sure it has something to do with the bridging. What am I
missing?

I have been running the Dude on XP for ages and it has been stable as
can be.
I have been trying to use either version 3 of the version 4 beta on a
Windows 7 machine and theDude keeps dying. No real indication why.
I have tried it in XP compatibility mode. No difference.

I've only run it on Windows 7. You have to run as administrator to get it to
start. I ended up setting that switch in the app properties. At one point I
also turned my firewall off, but that turned out not to be necessary. My
experience was that the failure mode was that it would start up,
