Hey guys,
Looking for a home MT router. I need a minimum of 6Gb ethernet ports (1WAN,
5LAN) but 8Gb would be better. I also need 802.11n wi-fi. Dual band would be
awesome, but I can live with
Any recommendations on which minipci wireless cards are better
performers, less problematic, etc?

I've used this:
http://www.roc-noc.com/mikrotik/minipci/radio/R52Hn.html
Haven't tried this, but I would probably try this:
http://www.roc-noc.com/mikrotik/minipci/radio/R52nM.html

The R52nM looks interesting - am I correct in assuming since this is
labeled as dual band (while others with abgn capability are not), that
it is simultaneous dual band and can run ssids in both the 2.4GHz and
5GHz bands at the same time?

The 52 means 5ghz and 2ghz
n means 802.11n
m means MIMO (2x2 I guess is the only type to Mikrotik?)
You can NOT have the one card do 2ghz and 5ghz at the same time,
though. You will need two radios.

The R52nM are not the same specs as the R52Hn. I would prefer the R52Hn as
it is higher power, 2dB higher.

You can NOT have the one card do 2ghz and 5ghz at the
a/b/g/n is covered in both products. I'd rather have higher transmit
power. The have the same capabilities as far as speeds go.

Th M is for MMCX connectors, not MIMO.
