[Mikrotik] NAT Rule with dst-mac

I don't see it, but is there a way to specify a dst-mac for a NAT rule, instead of the rule being couple to a certain nat ip ? Kind of like how I port forward to an AP, but I bind the ip/mac to a certain ip of course and access the AP from anywhere. This is a CPE and I don't want to bind it,

That's thought provoking Butch. What I really have is a 'hotspot' with fixed clients and do not want to deal with giving them ip addresses and keeping track of them, so let the hotspot do that work. What I want is to setup so I can get to the cpe's by saying {public ip}:9001 on up to however
