Good day all; I have an older RB433 in service that cannot be upgraded past v4.17 - but I need to be able to set max tx rate on both eth2 and eth3 at a value that is not allowed by winbox. Can I just purchase a new level 4 licence and apply it to this routerboard or is there a better way to do
