I register a free changeip account, install the changeip script into
mikrotik, and point the previous dynamic dns to this changeip account
with CNAME.
One more thing :)
Because the mikrotik is connected to a ADSL router, the mikrotik is
setup usin
Anto, this is exactly how changeip works. Create a free ChangeIP domain name
and then in your abc.com zone, create a CNAME to point to that new 'domain'.
Easy.

To update my public IP, I have to check/pop a certain mailbox using pop3
protocol.

You should be able to do this on the MT, but I don't know all the
command syntax right off hand.
Do you have a server that runs expect or something similar? This is
easy to do in expect and you could have cron run it as often as you want.
