Our brand new Dell Optiplex 390 had problems with 4.x and 5.x. NIC drivers
not working. With 6rc3, the NIC is working. It's about 5 minutes trying
power on the network, but fnally it works. Strange problems.. because we
had broadcom and intel NICs in all DELL machines before without problems..
The chipset of the Intel NIC makes a difference. If it ends in L,
it will support jumbo frames, if it ends in V it will not under
Mikrotik V5. I was told it would be supported in V6.

Even the Intel NIC in this box will not do better then 1500 under MT.
This setup has been stable and untouched for so long we forgot it was
there, unlike some other installs that needed constant attention.
