I am a big fan of the bugfix versions and generally recommend them to our
clients, but there are a few valid reasons to use other versions.
1. The features you need aren’t stable or don’t perform as well in bugfix
2. The features you need aren’t available in bugfix
3.
I had the same problem on a 3011. Had to netboot and reinstall from
backups. Thankfully that worked and thankfully it was here on site. Don't
upgrade to 6.38 remote.
