How about if I change the function not to accept another argument, but
to explicitly look for a hostname/port combination, and pull out the

Hello ALL:
Thanks for this list; I new to mimedefang. Please help with these questions/problems:
1) will the distributed example mimedefang-filter work in a production - Debian/Linux?
* where are the action functions located?
* where is message_rejected() (see: sub filter())

would it be difficult to detect
which format the
host was specified?
If there are multiple colons, it would be an IPv6 numeric
address. If
there is only one, it is hostname:port or IPv4:port.
Hi, all.
I've released MIME::Tools 5.413 to CPAN, and it's also available from:
http://www.mimedefang.org/static/mime-tools.php
This version includes all the patches in our RP-PATCHED version, plus
a whole bunch of other bug-fixes and patches from other MIME-tools users.
Please note
Some of my users have indicated that they do not want to receive emails
from yahoo.com or hotmail.com - How can I put this in a filter (only on a
per - user basis) ?
Thanks

Hi,
MIMEDefang 2.45-BETA-4 is at http://www.mimedefang.org/node.php?id=1
I hope this will be the final beta before 2.45; there are a lot of nice
goodies in this one!
Changelog to 2.44 follows.
Regards,
David.

Just a devil's advocate question. Why wouldn't you put the 3.03 requirement
in the Makefile.pl just to keep people who don't read the docs from messing
everything up?

KAM

Hi, Kenneth.
Are you taking graphdefang patches? I posted one recently to address a
parser issue. Look for subject graphdefang issues.
I'd prefer them to go to the graphdefang maintainer ([EMAIL PROTECTED])
However, if he's non-responsive, please send them to me personally, and
I'll integrate

Yes and no.
The Corsaire advisory was an essentially content-free PR stunt.
