[Mimedefang] Atime Index for SQL implementations of Bayes

Just a quick note that while I was looking through the SQL Bayes Implementation for mysql for SpamAssassin 3.0.2, I noticed that atime was used in the expiry runs but wasn't indexed. I submitted a patch and opened a bug report and thanks to parkerm, got even a better index patch than I submitted.
