[Mimedefang] MD-Qurantine and admin notification problem

Hi All; I have been using mimedefang on redhat9 for an year or so. I am very satisfied with the results. I have now upgraded mimedefang box to fedora-4. Mimedefang works perfectly(does its job of checking bad_ext/headers) but the problem I am facing is that...but I do not get admin notification

[Mimedefang] sa-mimedefang, MD-Qurantine and admin notification problem

I have Mimedefang-2.52 on Fedora4. Mimedefang does not seem to look at custom rules which I have specified in /etc/mail/sa-mimedefang.cf. Messages just do not get tagged. Also; I had sent another message on this list about mimedefang not quarantining in /var/spool/MD-Quarantine and I still do
