Hi, We have decided to quit providing mirroring service , apache.yubitoma.or.jp as an official mirror of apache.org (http://apache.yubitoma.or.jp/ - Japan) We found it that our server did not have sufficient spec enough to support terrific download requests from our country day in and day out.
