Yes the Connection is Covad, Servers are in house,not at Covad, also getting
denied in Rsync, whats up?

I HAVE followed the recommended configuration for my mirror
the recommended configuration, thanks for pointing that out!
Something must have changed the .htaccess file (possibly Apache or rsync),
but I've managed to get it sorted now.
the mirror http://www.neckel.com/apache is offline.
http://www.neckel.com/apache/ is mirroring the complete Apache site.
We're using rsync to make a daily update. The site has it's seat in Germany.
