their updates online.
This is to replace the old system where people had to type up an email message
and include all the relevant information.

I would suggest a few changes for improved clarity:
Quick and dirty changes:
- Change Name: for Mirror maintainer name:
- Change HTTP Mirror Location: and add a (URL) to the end
(same with ftp line)
- a little blurb at the bottom giving the submitter some idea of how
much time it
