Can I please have everyone's feedback on the automated mirroring system
I am working on putting into place.
The first stage is at http://www.apache.org/mirrors/submit.html... This
allows mirrors to fill in a web based form, and it emails the results
off to the mirror maintainers in a format that

Not really sure whether it would be worth it, but something like the
level of detail that goes in to the form when submitting a new CPAN
mirror would be handy. You have to specify the updating frequency,
mirror longitude and latitude. They've got a good system for judging the
latency to the mirror
