Are there considerations to push the very few changes marked as 'Security Fixes' into the 'Release' branch between releases? So that a 'Release' user could do a pgk_add -u fixed.tgz to get the fixed version of the package. This would benefit users who like to have the 2 or 3 'Security Fixes'

Running the latest snap of amd64 and I'm noticing the machine has an idle interrupt load of around 10%, where previously it idled at 0-1%. Prior to the latest update the machine was running the March 20th snap. In top the load shows as ~40% interrupt on CPU0, but the systat vmstat output doesn't
