The limitation I've noticed is that / is unencrypted which means /etc is
unencrypted.

I noticed following lines during boot:
ahci0: CLO did not complete
ahci0: device on port 0 didn't come ready, TFD: 0x150
They don't seem to cause anything noticable except few seconds of delay on boot
process.
Any idea whats causing this and how to get rid of those?
