this list. This is my first attempt, so I hope everything is going well and
according to plan.
After setting up my first OpenBSD server the question arose as to what could be
a good setup for a centralized log manageme

People in here are interested with OpenBSD.
Except my mistake there was little questions of yours and a lot other stuff.
It's most probable no one will reply to other stuff and get tired of
reading.
So please if you have some questions be serious, post them and wait.

I apologize for my language, I shouldn't have stooped to Olive's level and sent
that to the mailing list.
However I believe that if Olive thinks they have the right to berate this
mailing list on how selfish we are then we have a right to tell them off for it
in a similar tone and demeanor.

No. Do not insult people on this mailing list. That is not appropriate
for anyone.
As a developer, I am offended by your mail and want you to never send
such a thing again.

Dear Olive,
could please stop spamming this list? This is not a forum nor is it IRC. If you
have a question or any other valid concern, feel free to pose them - I kindly
ask you to abstain from anything else.

Did the HDD have a problem? If not, I've heard that testdisk can find
BSD disklabels. Give it a try. Then with the root partition mounted just
change the drives on /etc/fstab. Check fstab(5).

nvme are most ssd so nvme should got 4k align
