Hello, Found an interesting behavior on a Thinkpad T61 running a week old 4.3-current i386 GENERIC. Whenever it boots plugged in to AC, dmesg recognizes SpeedStep and hw.setperf becomes available through sysctl(8). On the other hand, whenever it boots while it's on battery, dmesg doesn't recogn
