Recovery after newfs_msdos

Hello, Sorry for that question however I have made a newfs_msdos on the wrong USB sticker which contained jpeg and mov files. Since nothing has been done on that disk afterwards, do we have any mean to recover the datas ? Thanks, Jean-Frangois
