Thanks to all, I solved this issue.
The dns server is behind a firewall and I don't NAT enable for this server
.. I very stupid I know .. :)

If I install openbsd in a virtual disk (Vmware 5), configure it and
later I create a image of virtual disk with dd.
Then with this image I use dd again for install openbsd in a real disk.

I have a new notebook with via cle266 chipset.
I do not have luck with Xorg setup.
When I run xorgcfg, the notebook display goes black and I must to
restart the system.
The created xorg.conf with xorgcfg not work, seems to be incomplete.

I want to block outgoing smtp traficc for all my users. I only pass
smtp traffic to two smtp server (correo.urdi.com.ar,
smtp.bourlot.com).
This rule:
block out log quick on $ext_if proto tcp from any to any !{
correo.urdi.com.ar, smtp.bourlot.com } port
