I've found myself unable to use my laptop mic with my new OpenBSD 
install. Using mixerctl, I try to set values to use "mic" instead of "mic2" 
for inputs, but I am met with the error "mixerctl: Bad set value mic" in 
most cases. I have enabled the kern.audio.record sysctl and I am certain
the built in microphone works as it's worked out of the box with alsa on
various linux distros. Here is my mixerctl output:
