I recently purchased a USB serial adapter, which is currently showing up as: ugen0 at uhub0 port 1 ugen0: ArkMicroChips USB-UART Controller, rev 1.10/0.01, addr 3 usbdevs -v reports: port 1 addr 3: full speed, power 500 mA, config 1, USB-UART Controller(0x0232), ArkMicroChips(0x6547), rev 0.01
Does anyone know if this just needs an entry in the right file? If not, are there any Australian developers who want to have a shot at supporting the device? -- Craig -----------dmesg-------------- OpenBSD 3.9-current (GENERIC) #44: Fri Jul 7 09:51:30 EST 2006 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC cpu0: AMD Athlon(TM) XP 2400+ ("AuthenticAMD" 686-class, 256KB L2 cache) 2 GHz cpu0: FPU,V86,DE,PSE,TSC,MSR,PAE,MCE,CX8,APIC,SEP,MTRR,PGE,MCA,CMOV,PAT,PSE36,MMX,FXSR,SSE real mem = 1073102848 (1047952K) avail mem = 974966784 (952116K) using 4256 buffers containing 53760000 bytes (52500K) of memory mainbus0 (root) bios0 at mainbus0: AT/286+(bb) BIOS, date 11/19/02, BIOS32 rev. 0 @ 0xf1920, SMBIOS rev. 2.3 @ 0xf3b10 (40 entries) bios0: ASUSTeK Computer INC.
