This is a dumb question. I apologize in advance.
If I have 5 machines configured for carp IP balancing
as 10.0.0.1
and from one of those machines I try to connect to 10.0.0.1
I would assume the machine would talk to itself only based
on the routing table.
But I have seen hints that lead me to
