I've seen this panic as well in the last few days on a laptop with
pcmcia and a 3com ep card.  However, I have not been able to determine
what is causing it.  My best guess is that it happens when stations
associate to the wi(4) interface on the machine, for which ep(4)
is providing NAT.  However, the machine may have previously paniced
and this would not be obvious until a user complains (there are a
total of five users.) ddb.panic was set to 0 as a work-around.
