I'm running the 4.3 with sendmail and use mutt as MUA. I did set 'assumed_charset' and 'allow_8bit' in muttrc but no effect! I also had a look on sendmail but couldn't identify any wrongdoing either!
Actually I would rather prefer to have utf-8 for the body as well as for the subject and header Thanks for your help Tony
