Hi,
could it be that you need to 'sh /etc/netstart iwn0' for it to negotiate
DHCP? That, or do a dhclient iwn0. It's not apparent by your series of
commands if you left out dhclient..

Before everything, i did a fw_update.
Then i created a hostname.iwn0 file:
nwid myid
wpakey mykey
dhcp
and then
# ifconfig iwn0 up
# ifconfig
...
