How to solve "Network error on destination MXs"?

For quite some time I did not use OpenSMTPD but now have again the need after the upgrade of my system. Here is my configuration and I am not using Internet server, rather only home computer that shall relay to smart host. I had to update configuration to new syntax as old one did not work. # If
