A lot of the farmers' market, local food-related groups have played
down its importance. They got a statement from supporters of the bill
that It isn't meant to do that, it won't be used that way. and
bought it.
The supporters' comments are the exact truth, that the bill does not

Once a law is passed there are so many different ways that it can be changed
without having to go through the process again. We are learning that with
