yes I'm aware of that. In fact I plan to reserve some time to see how to
fit the new widget to Shade. LateNight and Deere are not a problem. In
fact, my mock-ups are actually modifications to the Deere skin, and it
works well with its minimum size.

About compatibility:
I think we just can add attribute to wanted WidgetGroups to enable children
reorder functionality and leave old behaviour for WidgetGroups without that
attribute so this feature should be compatible with all existing skins. I add
this to proposal.
About timeline: i need som

Ok now I got it. Are older skins going to be compatible with new engine
or do they need altering at least re-ordable widgets need some thought
in older skins.
There is no timeline or needed resources etc.
