Interesting - although it is strongly recommended that frame dimensions
be multiples of 16 that is not enforced by the MPEG encoder mpeg2
Thanks Steven for the Chroma stuff, it works pretty good... :-)
I am running a couple of test but overall it looks that it will do the trick.
