I am trying to make a DVD that plays music while displaying a still
picture. I successfully used mplex to mux a single frame mpeg2video
stream with a long ac3 stream using this command:
mplex -f 8 -o my_movie.mpg my_sound.ac3 my_single_frame_video.m2v
But the DVD players (I tested 3) do not i

The image is 160 x 120 and I have seen the /16 problem mentioned.
