I'm looking to build up a big tool-chest of yuv4mpeg pipe-based tools,
such as those in the mjpeg-tools collection.
So far I've stumbled across a few third-party tools, such as the
excellent yuvmotionfps (framerate converter with motion compensation),
plus a handful of others.
