my map. I think it's possibly down to me using 'continue' in these
rules (that appear before the rules that generate the roads):

gmapi builder doesn't work for Garmin maps. Also the original Readme states
it's only meant for mkgmap created maps and will not work for anythiing else.
Never tested myself on cgsmapper maps though.
