Hi
I swear blind that my roundabouts were rendered in my img file but can not be
sure but when I was trying to get to the bottom of the find feature not working
on my Rino but is on my 62S I found that my roundabouts not working.
In the lines style this appears
# Roundabouts [ BER 27.08.2013
Hi Brett,
are you missing all roundabouts or just a special one?
If all are missing: Maybe the lines appear to late in your lines file?
Special one: Very small roundabouts might be killed by short-arc-
removal.

Hi Felix,
please note that WanMil merged trunk into mergeroads branch.
If I got it right, you should now see overlaying lines
where the road was deleted because of the
mkgmap:set_unconnected_type=none feature.
So, the branch used to be 1) and is now 2).

I no longer use short-arc removal as I believe that this option no
Hi Brett,
missed that in the first post:
You render most of the roundabouts only for very low resolutions (e.g.
17-19)
So, they are not routable and they probably are not rendered because they
are too small.

Hi Gerd, hi Felix,
I haven't following the whole thread. But: The branch should work the

remove code for frig-roundabouts option. At least since r1049 the code
did nothing useful and is probably not used by anybody as it requires
the --x-... trick to be used.

Hi WanMil,
it probably does, and I think that both are wrong now, but
I like to hear Felix first, as he seems to be the only
one in the list who uses this feature.
In short:
Felix reported an error caused by one of the mergeroads patches
without explicitely mentioning the use of the patch.

Ok, lots of interleaving actions
Feel free to change the parts in the branch as you like! I've just
ported the patch or merged changes from the trunk without having a
deeper look into the changes.

Hi Gerd
Seek and you shall find. The issue comes about from using a resolution range
as below,
This does not workjunction=roundabout highway=trunk [0x02
road_class=3 road_speed=2 resolution 15-17]
This worksjunction=roundabout highway=trunk [0x02 road_class=3

Hi,
I'm simplifying these things just in the beginning for all needed
cases. Eg.
bicycle=designated | bicycle=official {set bicycle=yes}
bicycle=private | ( access=private bicycle!=yes) { set access=no }
and so on. If you'll need the original values, you can use a
namespace. But I only care
