I wonder if these are really roundabouts. When you look at
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:junction%3Droundabout
it says ".. and the traffic on the roundabout has right of way".
I don't think that this is the case here?

I've seen places with a road going straight through a roundabout .
I know this one: http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/54.53220/-1.53670
If you are going straight on the main road, you can use the direct
crossing. Otherwise it works as a roundabout.
