Any polygon can have transparency in a TYP file but I'm not so sure what
the effect would be of 0x

this is a problem of Mapsource. Transparent maps with routing work well
in GPS.

as pointed out here [1] those two options should not be used together.
I first thought that mkgmap should simply stop when this combination is used,
but maybe this will cause problems
