The only way to make those lines invisible on certain polygons is to give them
exactly the same colour in the typ file. This method I use for pedestrian
streets on top of pedestrian areas. Or lines with rivers and canals drawn on
areas with natural=water or river(bank)s. The lines are still

this is not possible unless the way has some special tags. So there is
no 'is_in' check in the style system.
I don't know if it is possible to define that graveyards polygons are
painted always on top so that the lines are not visible.
