The extraInfo byte(s) could contain than
1bit sort flag,
0-4bits prefix.
0-4bits suffix.
Magic 0x1e00 says how many bits the prefix is, so can find
img.

the major difference between the (unpatched) --mdr7-del and the
--split-name-index processi
'll need time to find out what I like more and how this works when labels
start with a word in --mdr7-del list.

Foot,Unna"
while it should find many more entries for cities like Altena,
