Well, try to create a virtual machine on your computer (Virtualbox, VMWare) and install Mnemosyne into it. It should work this time. But it will take some time to install windows into the virtual machine. But it's worth the try. If it works, you can either reinstall your windows, or use Mnemosyne

How did the library files and qt.pyd end up in the .mnemosyne directory in the first place? That seems rather strange to me. I would suggest testing with completely tabula rasa; -uninstall Mnemosyne -deleting .mnemosyne (actually renaming it, to keep the data) -do a complete search on your file
